Species Name: The Vampkyrie

Species Characteristics: The Vamkyrie evolved on a planet with an excess of atmosphere causing gigantic thunder storms common. To deal with this the animals of the planet developed the ability to absorb electricity and use it as an energy source. Some, including the Vamkyrie, could even discharge extra electricity. Due to the virus used against the Vampkyrie (see history), the Vampkyrie are now carnivorous, can't be poisoned, are immune to most diseases, can walk on walls like spiders, Will heal at an advanced pace (A bullet wound will heal in 10 minutes and a lost limb will regenerate in a day), and can see in the the dark. The only disadvantage the virus imparts on the Vampkyrie is that they are very sensitive to light and can easily be blinded by bright flashes. Very rarely the virus completely rewrites a Vampkyries DNA by the time they are ten years old. This transforms them into large monsters called Jo'ker (Jo'ker translates into berserker). The Jo'ker have all the abillities of a regular Vampkyrie except thier strength is multiplied tenfold, they are barely more intelligent then animals, the speed of thier healing is increased (a bullet wound will heal in seconds and a lost limb will regenerate in 30 minutes) and thier wings can suport thier bodies in flight. Due to thier deminished intelligence, Jo'ker require a Vampkyrie comander and can only understand simple comands. The average lifespan of a Vampkyrie is 500 years, however that is because once they reach that age they kill themselves to prevent over population. Given a sustainable food source a Vampkyrie's lifespan will increase indefinately. A Vampkyrie will starve affter 2 days without feeding and a Jo'ker after 1.

Planets Inhabited: Pap'erbak, and Pap'erbaks moon, Revo.

Government Type: Empire. The Vampkyrie are ruled by a Jojo which means overlord in english.

Military Information: A typical military with a hierarchy simular to that of 21 century earth. The Jo'ker are used as shock troopers as well as overrunning enemy positions.

PURSASI stands for Pick Up Random Shit And Shoot It. The pursasi is basiclly an air cannon that fires random crap about 20 ft. depending on size and shape.

=EFGD=
EFGD stands for electrical-field generating device. Once deployed the EFGD does what the name says. EFGDs come in 3 classes, Grenade, Artillery, and Space. The size of the field depends on the class. Grenade fields are 5 ft. Artillery fields are 10 ft. and Space fields are 100 miles.
=DEDG=
DEDG stands for Directed Electrical Discharge Generator. DEDGs come in 4 classes, Light, Heavy, Atillery and Space. DEDGs fire a continunous beams of electricity and are the main weapon used by the Vampkyrie.
=Beatles=
Beatles are large tanks that walk on mechanical legs. They have artillery class DEDGs on each side of the cockpit.
=Walrus=
Walruses are the Vampkyries sea vehicles. The can meneuver on land though very poorly. The can submerge them selves under water safely. They come equiped with 2 artillery class DEDGs that convert in to EFGD launchers when under water.
=Lu'dia Mond'see=
The Lu'dia Mond'see are the Vampkyries space shipes. Theyhave 3 engine settings,
sub-light, Hyper drive which has warp speeds from 1 to 5 each a
multiple of the speed of light, and Ludicrious speed which is 10 times
the speed of light. They are 1 mile wide and 2 miles long. They serve as both warshipes and good transporters. As such the have lotes of storage space, half of which is refrigerated. A Lu'dia Mond'see can be, and usually are, opperated by crew of 100. Under regular circumstances a Lu'dia Mond'see can carry 1000 vampkyrie. However if all space is used that amount can reach 5000. Lu'dia Mond'see are equiped with 10 space class DEDGs and 10 space class EFGD launchers.

Technology Achieved: Most Vampkyrie Technology is electricity based. They use a metal indigenous to their home planet called Pen'ylan. Pen'ynan is a unique metal that doesn't conduct electricity. Instead it absorbs it. Any thing made of Pen'ylan can't be short circuited and will absorb electricity and store it like a battery. Also for some mysterious reason things made of Pen'ylan are immune to EMPs. The Vampkyrie has achived space flight. The Vampkyrie are esteemed terraformers and will use this as a weapon. More recently the Vampkyrie have begun to reseach the technology of the orginal inhabitents of Pap'erbak.

History: The Vampkyrie were once peacefull herbivores. They had a high degree of technology though they had not achived space flight. They were experts at tereforming and had turned thier planet, Lution, into a paradise. Then one day ships apeared in the sky. Lution was being invaded. The vampkyrie were helpless as the enemies launched thier attack. To speed the conquest the alien deployed a virus all over Lution that was supposed to be deadly. The virus didn't work like that though and transformed them (see above). With thier new found power they were able to repel the invaders and capture several ships. The enemy responded by Glassing Lution. With out a planet or food source, the Vampkyrie headed to the nearest place they could get both, the alien home world, Pap'erbak. The following battles were intense but the Vampkyrie eventully wiped the aliens out. These events are now known as the First War. The Vampkyrie then set about repopulating and adapting the alien technology.

Justice system: The Vampkyrie deal with criminals with only one way. Exile. The Vampkyrie set a lu'dia mond'see on auto pilot, crowd as many criminals on as possible, and blast it of at an uninhabited planet.
