Projectile: Shoots at 2000 AD human speeds.
......Rounds: Armor penetrating, spikes, spreading (shotgun), flame, high explosive
Heat: Shoots streams of up to 150C
Plasma: Shoots bolts of up to 1250C
Directed lasers: Simply burns through things.
Bombs:
Plasma bombs: Detonates to spread plasma in a large area. (100m radius)
Nukes: Very primitive nukes, around 1990 AD Human nukes
Defenses:
Energy shielding - for elite personnel (elite soldiers): Heat stream: 200C, plasma: 1750C, impact: 1kg 150km/h
Energy shielding - for regular personnel (regular soldiers): Heat stream: 100C, plasma: 1000C, impact 500g 100km/h

Projectiles: Launches a large object (usually around a ton) at 750km/h
Plasma: Heats to temperatures of up to 2500C in bolts.
Heat: Heats up to 750C, directed heat beams.
Defenses:
Energy shielding - for large objects (ie. space ships): Can absorb a steady stream of temperatures of up to 750C or bolts of up to 2750C. Can block the mass impact of a ton worth of matter moving at 750 km/h
Battlesuits:
Battlesuits are equipped with antigravity technology and have 4 assorted turrets on each arm. (Laser, Heat, Plasma, Projectiles: any combination of the four) and in addition, have grenade launchers on the shoulders. The strength and speed of the person wearing it is increased threefold. They have energy shielding about in between the strength of a space ship and and elite personnel's.
